Eight years ago Dawn and Brian jumped at the chance to buy this split-level home, but more for what was outside than inside. Now that their two boys are older and busier, Dawn is convinced the grass will be greener on the other side of the creek. But Brian thinks the right renovation will blow any new house out of the water. Todd may have to find something off the beaten track to win Brian over. While Jillian has to create an oasis from the inside out if she wants Dawn to stay.
