This is the tragic story of Sharon Mevsimler, “Britain’s fattest woman”, a 45-stone mother of four who spent the last four years lying in a hospital bed because she was too big to walk before having a life saving operation – and subsequently starving herself to death (by heart attack) at the age of 41.
